Clinical, Audit & Risk (C.A.R.) Committee Board Member

Sarah is a Director of InMotion Therapy and Supports, an allied health provider that operates in the South West of Sydney and the Illawarra. Her extensive experience in working with children to adults across the life span as an experienced Occupational Therapist, Behaviour Support Practitioner, Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant and Case Manager.

She has extensive operational management experience, as well as strategic management experience as a business owner and board/ advisory roles for several non for profit organisations.

Sarah has strengths in quality, risk management and compliance, as well as people and culture having championed this in prior and current roles, including preparation for and participation external accreditation audits. She is passionate about people management and culture, and sees these as being critical in leading high performance teams in the healthcare/ disability sector.
